- Maximum occupancy of 10, sleeps 8 people in beds (1 King, 3 Queens)
- P.S. Platinum has partnered with Truvi, a verification platform. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Onsite parking (for 3 vehicles) is available.
- The pool and spa can be heated for a daily fee of USD $150, or just the spa for $75/day, with a 3-night minimum. Please let our team know if you would like to add this at least 24 hours in advance.
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.

Our family had an amazing week staying in this home. It has so much to offer - large comfortable bedrooms with private baths, a gorgeous pool, a fully stocked kitchen, multiple comfortable areas to visit & play games, and an ocean view from the yard and upper balcony.

We had the most wonderful stay at Sunset Hacienda! The living spaces were gorgeous and comfortable! We loved sitting in the yard, enjoying the sunshine, and swimming/hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the house well-stocked. We loved the lay-out and also proximity to Solana Beach downtown and Fletcher's Cove. We walked to beers and pizzas and had a wonderful stay! The property managers were extremely responsive and kind. It made our stay!

Beautiful house in a great location. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. As frequent visitors to the San Diego area this was one of our favorite houses. Only downfall is the parking, having several adults driving from out of state and only 2 parking spaces was challenging, especially over a holiday weekend. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and would definitely like to return to this property again.
