This 4th floor end unit has a very large balcony that provides nearly 180 degree views and is low enough to watch the beach activities as well as the dolphins and pelicans in the water. Eat your meals, sip a cup of coffee, or just relax while soaking up the fresh air and sea breeze. The balcony’s comfortable cushioned couch and oversized slider chair provide the comfort you seek for your vacation getaway throughout the day and while watching the beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets.

The spacious bedroom has two queen size beds with a large screen TV on the wall along with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf. The recently renovated and beautifully decorated bathroom will meet your vacation needs. Floor to ceiling drapery allows you to darken the room when sleeping.

The kitchen is larger than a traditional one bedroom at Long Beach and is well-stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots/pans, utensils and all the other items needed to cook.

The living/dining rooms are decorated in a lively coastal theme. The living room has an upholstered couch and two matching arm chairs along with a large screen TV on the wall. The dining room table seats 4-6 persons.

The unit is equipped with Wi-Fi and DirecTV and contains a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an iron, ironing board, beach chairs, portable umbrella and beach toys for your fun and convenience.
