TVs in the house, all Smart HDTV, streaming Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube TV available for use with your personal logins!
NO smoking inside or out.
We do not provide beach towels and do not want bath towels taken to the beach. Please bring your own.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay.
NO loud parties or disruptive behavior.
We only provide a starter kit of "toiletries". Guest must buy more as needed.

1 Roll paper towels
1 Roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 Hand soap per bathroom
1 Shampoo and makeup wipe per bathroom with shower
1 Laundry tablet and dryer sheets
2 kitchen trash bags

This property is a great place to stay at the beach. It's across the street from the beach but it's an easy cross of a not-very-busy road to get to the walkway that takes you to the beach. The layout of the townhouse is excellent for a beach stay. The downstairs has a combined living/dining area with an opening to the kitchen, as well as a half bath. The two bedrooms are upstairs and each has it's own full bathroom. There are plenty of beach toys and chairs so you really don't need to bring anything. If you accept nothing less than luxury then this probably isn't the place for you, but if you want a nice and clean place to stay for a beach vacation then I don't think you'll be disappointed.
