About this house rental
Come enjoy this beach contemporary home with all that it has to offer. Guests will love the open concept layout of the large living and dining room with plenty of comfortable seating and dining space for eight.
The fully stocked kitchen filled with natural light, all stainless steel appliances and a large quartz top island, has additional seating for three.
The primary bedroom boasts a king sized bed, flat screen TV and a private en-suite, newly renovated bathroom. This bathroom has a custom tiled walk-in shower and a quartz countertop vanity.
Down the hall you'll find the remaining two guest rooms. The first bedroom has two Double beds and a flat screen TV. The remaining bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and direct access to the private deck of the home. The two guest bedrooms share a newly renovated full bath with custom tiled walk-in shower and another vanity with quartz countertop.
The home has an expansive deck where you can enjoy a lovely view of the 11 mile lagoon system along with a private pool, grill, dining set and lounge chairs.
The beach is a short walk from this home on St. George or an even shorter bike ride. Nestled within the heart of Palmetto Dunes, the George Fazio golf course is also just a short jaunt away. Palmetto Dunes offers three championship golf courses, a large pickleball and tennis facility as well as multiple restaurants and an oceanfront bar and grill. Upon check-in, guests will receive a discount card for all of these facilities!
The pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.

Good not great. We enjoyed our stay and everything was as described. Small issues that should be easily corrected:1. Master bedroom door would not stay open.2. More disturbing: Master bathroom door would not stay closed.3. Ant infestation in eating area.4. Grill is filthy - we used it anyway.

We loved this location and home. You have the pool access along with the lagoon and only a short walk to the beach. Close to the guard gate with quick access out of Palmetto Dunes also. The house was very clean and decorated very nicely!
