About this apartment rental

Have you ever wondered what tiny-living would be like? And near NCSU and downtown Raleigh? Well, come on! This cozy little loft is 250 square ft of efficient use of space while providing all the comforts of home. It has all the things you want
"standard sized": queen bed, 6 ft sofa, 3x3 shower.
The rest is just the right size to fit: kitchen sink, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer. This has been a getaway space and we want to make it so that everything has its place: including you!

If you need a cozy/affordable place to stay, this will do the trick. The tiny home itself isn’t bad at all, but the location may seem unsettling to some. It was very quiet though with no issues. Very accommodating host too.
