Experience the best of South Beach living in this stylish 400 sq. ft. beachfront studio. Just steps from the sand and directly across from the iconic “Miami Beach” sign, this Art Deco gem combines modern comfort with coastal charm.

Located in South of Fifth (SoFi), Miami’s most desirable neighborhood. You’ll be surrounded by sandy beaches, trendy restaurants, and vibrant nightlife—all within walking distance.
🚗 Parking
Valet parking available for $20–$35 per night (rates vary, private company). A more affordable option is to park in the municipal garage on 7th Street. You can temporarily park in front of the building in the valet zone to load/unload the luggage.
📶 Internet
Building-provided WiFi works well for browsing but may slow during peak season. For fast, reliable work use, we recommend a 5G SIM card—signal is very strong in the area.

A beautifully preserved Art Deco building, fully modernized. Please note: a few minor cosmetic repairs (such as a cracked tile) are pending but don’t affect functionality or comfort.

Enjoy the entire apartment to yourself. I’m always just a message or phone call away if you need anything.
A security deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.
1. Please keep in mind that if there is any noise/smoke reported, your booking will be cancelled without refund. This also applies if there are more people coming than expected.
2. We can provide early check in before 3pm or late check out after 11am upon availability. An extra fee of $20 per hour will be apply for the extra time of stay.
3. No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe make up with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
4. For any issue or complaints, we will try to resolve within 24 hours. We do not issue refund.
5. We do not accept cancellation due to reasons that are out of our control ( building amenities, utilities outage, noises etc.) we will try to resolve but no refund will be issued.
*** Violation of the house rules will result in cancellation without refund + $400 penalty. ***

Great location for south beach and night life on Ocean Drive. As said in listing, very minimalistic place, but has what you need. Could do with a little more (eg. coffee maker but no coffee mugs).
It is rather loud at night, louder than listing suggested. Noise from outside but also inside the building. Walls are paper thin. Also very bright from street lights. Black out shades would help with light and maybe sound as well.
There is also no wifi.
Overall, great price for the location. Easy to oversee the little things if you’re trying to experience Miami Beach on a budget. It was easy to walk to everything within south beach and beyond, Citi bikes were also conveniently located.

Absolutely loved this property! The locations was perfect for someone on foot. It had everything I needed. Clean and comfortable. The owner warrned me it could be loud, and it was. Construction and street noises, but a small price to pay for the beautiful lodging. I will book this spot for all my upcoming trips to SoBe!
