Best Beach Location - Wi-Fi, TV & Amenities

I came for the Miami airshow. Literally 5 mins walk away. Number of small stores very nearby. Friendly helpful staff too.

The only downside, and it's only a very small one is having to leave a cash deposit. I and many others don't typically travel with cash anymore and I'd advise the owners to update this as time goes by to keep up to date with the advance of electronic based technology! Thankyou!

Die Lage ist perfekt, dierekt zwei Straßen neben dem Oceandrive. Lautstärke war in unserem Zimmer angenehm. Manchmal waren die Nachbarn etwas laut. Aber auf die anderen Gäste hat die Unterkunft ja keinen Einfluss.

Gebäude älter, aber das ist vollkommen okay. Preisleistung passt.

The locations and the room was comfortable.

Stayed for 5 nights and was initially nervous due to previous reviews, but overall had a decent stay. Pros: - Great location, close to the beach, shops, and amenities; about a 10-minute walk to South Beach - Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially with holding bags and assisting when mine arrived from the airport - Comfortable, clean bed - Quiet unit overall, with no noise from outside or neighbouring rooms - Hot water, multiple fresh towels provided, and useful kitchen essentials (fridge, toaster, microwave) - Air conditioning was great to have - if you’re explorers like us, and won’t be in the room much other than to sleep it’s perfect!

Cons: - Room could benefit from some general maintenance and updates - Bathroom cleanliness was an issue on arrival (toilet: urine in toilet and on the seat and shower were visibly dirty) - Fridge and air conditioning were quite noisy, though it didn’t bother us much (more like white noise) - On 2 nights, other guests were loud and shouting in the hallway (not a reflection on the accommodation itself) - Door lock didn’t feel very secure, as the door wouldn’t stay fully closed unless locked - Hair dryer wasn’t working
