Come and discover the beautiful Breton region in this house in Treffiagat! Here, numerous discoveries await you, such as water sports: surfing and sailing, fishing trips, chapels, historic lighthouses and menhirs... This charming stone house has a large garden, a true asset! You will enjoy relaxing and enjoying the iodised air during beautiful days. And you can have fun with the children to fully enjoy your family holiday!
The interior of the house combines the old and the modern with great taste. From the moment you enter, you will be welcomed by the living room, its wooden ceiling and old parquet floor, making it a warm place where you will love to gather and chat. Then, you will discover the kitchen-dining room, modern and very well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. You will enjoy preparing good meals and gathering around the table to enjoy them.
Once night has fallen, upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first offers a cosy atmosphere with light tones where you will want to snuggle up. The second bedroom is welcoming with its wooden ceiling, thus creating a cocoon where you will want to settle into its king-size bed. Moreover, this last one is modular because they are two single beds stuck together, so if you wish, three children can sleep in this room by separating the beds and unfolding the available extra bed. The house being able to accommodate 6 people, the two other occupants can sleep in the living room, you just need to unfold the sofa!
The floor also has a recently renovated bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer and towel warmer.
And for added comfort, the house has a washing machine, a barbecue, a travel cot and offers two parking spaces.
