About this villa rental
This is a one bedroom, two full bath Windsor Place 403 villa located in the quiet beautiful Leamington area on Hilton Head Island with great views of beach and Atlantic Ocean . New Hurricane windows and sliding glass doors have been added for your safety. The balcony overlooks a gorgeous grass yard with palm trees, lagoons, and lush tropical landscaping with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Step off the elevator and enter into your awaiting villa. Tastefully decorated, the 4th floor property provides tile floors which lead from the entryway throughout the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom. Guests may access the large covered balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has double sinks ,granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with 3 wooden chairs. Enjoy local cuisine in the dining area, which is adjacent to the kitchen. The glass-top wood table has 6 high-backed chairs and a mirrored wall. An attractive living room provides a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests, loveseat and swivel chair including a 50" SMART TV and a sliding door to the deck.
From the front entrance of the condo, there is a guest bathroom on the left with a glass-enclosed shower only. The living room has a new Queen size sofa sleeper, love seat and swivel chair. There is also a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV. The master bedroom, which is to the left of the living room, has a king bed, and a 42" SMART TV. The master bedroom has the same fantastic view as the living room. The private bath and a new walk in glass shower with dual shower heads.
The deck has a dining table and four chairs overlooking the water. Whether drinking a hot cup of coffee in the morning watching a sunrise or sipping a cold lemonade mid-afternoon, guests will delight in the wonderful view of the ocean and the serene landscape.

Gorgeous, well appointed condo with excellent view and no surprises. Owners are amazing and easy to work with. I’ve been going to HHI (strictly palmetto dunes) for 45 years and we will definitely be keeping this place in mind for when we are there sans kiddos:)
