Main Level: 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, full bath off hallway, open living, dining and kitchen. Laundry. Fully equipped kitchen,1/2 bath off.
Upper level: Open sitting area overlooking the lake plus master suite with queen bed and master bath with
Master bedroom with a queen bed and master bathroom off. Large walk in tiled shower and double vanity.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 on main and upper level and has additional sleeping (5 twin beds) on the finished lower level with a full bath.
Large screened deck plus open deck area, gas grill, fire pit, swimming gear(noodles, life jackets, canoes, kayaks) This home has it ALL !!

Upper level: 3 bedrooms plus a loft (great for kiddos) Bedrooms (1 with king) (1 with king plus a twin bed) (one with full) and a full bath. Amenities canoe, 2 paddle boats, kayak. life jackets, dock and mooring. At the end of the dock the depth is approximately 8' - 9'.
This property is approximately 7 min from the town of Bridgton.
Enjoy the many area attractions Bridgton has to offer. Drive-In theater, Magic Lantern theater and pub, local art gallery, Pondicherry Park with 66 acres of woodlands & streams, area restaurants to include our new pub/brewery, antiquing and much more.
