About this apartment rental
My apartment, located in the heart of Paris, is a large 3-room apartment of 85m².
Located on the 3rd and last floor without elevator, it is very quiet because it overlooks an interior courtyard. The Place de la Bastille is less than 10 minutes walk, with its many cafes, bars and restaurants, it is a must for Parisian evenings. The nearest metro is 1 minute walk away.
This charming and modern cocoon is ideal for two couples, a family or people on a business trip.
The accommodation
I live in this very quiet and bright apartment, located in a secure inner courtyard on the 3rd and last floor without elevator.
A gate open during the day and closed at night (access by digicode) provides access to the inner courtyard. A second digicode is necessary to access the staircase giving access to the apartment.
This Duplex, welcoming, decorated in a personal way, opens onto a bright and spacious living room (50 m²) It is composed of: an open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.), a bar opening onto a dining room, a large living room with a home cinema TV, a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, ideal for spending a pleasant moment or organizing your professional meetings (contact us).
A WC is located next to the staircase leading to the upper floor.
On this floor is the bathroom equipped with a shower, two sinks, a toilet and a washing machine. In the extension, you arrive on a first bedroom with a Queen size bed, (160x200) this one has a large office well equipped for working. then a second bedroom with also a Queen size bed (160x200)
Each bedroom has plenty of storage; large wardrobe and dresser for each of them. My personal belongings occupy the sloping cupboard and the small wardrobe of the largest of the bedrooms.
High-speed internet is available throughout the accommodation.
Also available are an ironing board and iron as well as a drying rack
All hotel-quality linens are provided (bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels).
The apartment is entirely at your disposal.
Other remarks
The use of the fireplace is now forbidden in Paris, so it must not be used under any circumstances. The same goes for the bathtub, out of respect for our planet and in order to be eco-responsible, it is therefore not usable as well as the shower jets.
