Twain Harte Lake access is available!
The cabin welcomes you with an open floorplan living room and kitchen, designed for comfort and togetherness. The living room features a warm and inviting fireplace, perfect for curling up on chilly evenings, and a large-screen TV with surround sound for immersive entertainment. For gaming enthusiasts, a PlayStation 5 is also available, providing endless fun for guests of all ages.
The well-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring premium All-Clad pots and pans, a versatile Cuisinart food processor, and a reliable KitchenAid mixer. Additionally, there are a variety of small appliances, including a bread maker, waffle iron, Instant Pot, and Anova precision cooker, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare gourmet meals with ease.
Happy Harte Hideaway comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three inviting bedrooms. The large primary suite features a plush king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large jetted tub, providing a tranquil retreat. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a full bed with a twin trundle, ensuring restful nights for all. For added flexibility, an additional living room with a pullout couch serves as a perfect spot to unwind, watch movies, or enjoy a quiet moment with a book.
Step outside to discover your private outdoor oasis—a deck complete with a fire table, grill, and Blackstone griddle, perfect for evening gatherings. Sip on your favorite beverage, share stories, and soak in the stunning views of the surrounding forest. You'll truly feel connected to the natural beauty of Twain Harte.
We also have a whole house generator, should the power go out, so you will stay comfortable and cozy at Happy Harte Hideaway. For families traveling with young children, we offer a mini crib, changing table, and high chair upon request; please inform us in advance if you'd like these items prepared for your arrival.

We have a membership to Twain Harte Lake. This is a private lake that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you are visiting during this time and would like to use the lake, please let us know so we can add you to the list for access. The summer lake access fee is $10 per guest charged by Twain Harte Lake.
Please note that a signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation. Additionally, a security deposit of $300 may be required for your stay.
