About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located right on the Baltic Sea and right in the heart of Binz!
Our “Strandpromenade” vacation apartment (Apartment 9) is on the 3rd floor of the lovingly restored “Atlantic” beach villa. Right outside the front door are the Binz beach promenade and the beautiful, fine-sand beach.
“Strandpromenade” Apartment (Apartment 9):
The Baltic Sea right outside your door and right in the heart of Binz!
The approximately 50-square-meter “Strandpromenade” vacation apartment is located right on the Binz beach promenade. Here, you can use your own beach chair free of charge (seasonally) for the entire duration of your stay. Two rental bicycles are also included.
The south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun starting at noon, offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Binz.
The cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment is filled with natural light and features a living room with a sleeper sofa and dining area, a flat-screen TV, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and a separate bedroom with a box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV. A safe is located in the closet in the hallway.
Adjacent to the living area is a very well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine with milk frother + additional coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, high-quality china, complete coffee and dinner service, etc.).
In addition, the apartment features a bathroom with a shower and bidet, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a lovely south-facing balcony (table, chairs, and umbrella) and much more
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
