Great location . Quiet neighborhood.

Great house to stay with friends and family. Very clean with everything we needed. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, and lots of fish to catch in the lagoon. Property manager is very responsive and made sure our stay was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time in Florida and want to leave an honest review of this property. There were some positives, but also several issues that affected our stay.Positives: The beds were comfortable, the main refrigerator worked, there was plenty of indoor seating for our group of eight, and the location was convenient.Negatives:There were multiple maintenance and cleanliness concerns. The master bathroom sinks drained slow, water pressure was low, and the water heater only allowed one person to shower at a time. The downstairs refrigerator was broken and had a strong rotten odor, which likely contributed to the musty smell in the downstairs bedroom. The oven did not work at first. When we contacted the host, we were made to feel as though we didn’t know how to use it, but it was later confirmed to be broken and repaired. The stovetop ventilation was difficult to use. When issues were reported, we were told everything worked prior to arrival, though several problems were present on day one and later confirmed by service technicians.The pool was very dirty and poorly maintained, with two broken pumps and only one working. This made us uncomfortable using it. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was dirty underwear on the balcony, broken drawers in bedrooms and bathrooms, hair left in shower drains, mold in the master shower, and another shower had hair covering the floor. While we enjoyed Florida, the home did not meet expectations.
