• Bathroom has a shower/tub combo & a single vanity.
• Upstairs deck & downstairs picnic table & grill.
• Washer and dryer between units 1 & 2 downstairs.
• Onsite parking
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, two dressers with mirror, closet area, extra blankets and pillows, flat screen smart TV.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, two dressers, closet area, extra blankets and pillows, last screen smart TV.
Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, flat screen Smart TV, coffee table, and extra chairs.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen complete with range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. The kitchen also has a small dining room table.
Guests have access to their rented condo, a laundry room with a washer and dryer located between Condos 1 & 2 downstairs, the porch, yards, and parking spaces.
Please remember that you're staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

We decided last minute to get a place to stay for a few nights so we could drive the Alpine Loop. This place is great and would definitely recommend.

Very wonderful accommodations! If we pass through here again would definitely stay. It was clean and cozy. Laundry room was wonderful to have.

We had a great wedding hike trip to Lake City, CO. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here!!
