Walk out your front door to the Mary Lou Whitney entrance of the Saratoga Racetrack in under 8 minutes (.3 miles)! This home was fully remodeled in 2023. Vinyl hardwood floors throughout, the first floor has a large kitchen with island that seats 5, dining area (kitchen is fully stocked) with an open family room concept and has a new 65 inch smart TV (perfect for entertaining). The first floor also has a king master bedroom , en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, and the second full bathroom. Downstairs has a full bathroom, laundry room, twin bedroom, queen bedroom, second living room with a smart TV and 2 pullout twin sleep sofa’s. The house has a front porch and back deck for you to relax with large fenced in backyard. The house is conveniently located a quick 0.3 mile walk to the track and 0.9 mike walk to downtown Saratoga, with its outstanding restaurants and shops! Before booking, please know this is a quiet, residential neighborhood, and we ask guests be respectful of noise after 10pm. Our stay was very enjoyable. The location is ideal. It’s in very close proximity to the track and close to Broadway. The home was as advertised and immaculate. Check in was simple and the host was second to none. All in all, a perfect 10!

Our son graduated from Skidmore, and we found the perfect place for our family. Clean, spacious, nearby, and a very attentive property manager!
