Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 65 m² apartment in Saumur which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in an extremely quiet street adjacent to the main pedestrian street, it comprises a lovely, bright 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Saumur's historic center, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public parking lot 100 m from the apartment (paid parking).
