This is a 3/2 brick home completely remodeled this year and brand new to the market. Close to town, 20 mins to springs, 25 minutes to Osceola forest. 25 mins to Ichectucknee springs and Ginnie Springs. 15 minutes to Ball field. 35 mins to Gainesville. Skip the hotel crowd and be right at home. Everything you need at your fingertips in your own private space. Small and safe neighborhood.

The house was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The amenities of the house were awesome. Master bedroom and bath are spacious. Master bath has a huge tub/shower and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in both baths are convenient. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are standard size and beds are low to the ground so it's easier to get in and out for both kids and adults. Large kitchen that includes dishware and silverware. Also contains a dishwasher plus washing machine and dryer. The house is roughly 1.5 hours away from Jacksonville and close to Gainesville as well. Overall it was a great stay and we had a wonderful time visiting the local spots.
