About this apartment rental

Completely updated condo, perfect view of the pool even from the kitchen! Gorgeous ocean view sights. This condo has some really special touches for anyone to love and enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything your family could need with new appliances and large sink. New washer and dryer. TV's in every room. This condo has a lot to offer for a vacation worth remembering. This condo is a beautiful, second-floor townhouse with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean views. Directly across from Summerhouse are the Intracoastal Waterway, Fort Matanzas, and even more quiet, secluded beaches. Summerhouse is only a short 15 miles from downtown St. Augustine with all its fascinating history and charm as well as scores of wonderful restaurants, gift shops, pubs, and historic venues. One stay here and you will love this quieter side of St Augustine!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is okay. I've stayed in it for many years. It would be nice if they updated the bedding and offered more towels. The kitchen could also use more glasses which I'm sure have gone missing over the years. My one complaint is they are using "dynamic pricing" which makes this unit more expensive than a unit on the ground floor. The tennis courts have been in need of new nets for the last several years. If you're marketing yourself as a tennis facility having a net with a strap is the bare minimum.
