Located 3.5kms from the mythical surf spot of La Torche and 2kms from the beach of Ster, families and water sports enthusiasts will be delighted.
This house, followed in a quiet area, is very pleasant to live in and bright.

IMPORTANT: In July and August, arrivals and departures are only on Sundays.
The house was completely renovated in 2022 and has all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

With a total surface area of more than 130m² and with 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 7 people.

1 bedroom with a 140 bed, a large closet, with its private bathroom with sink and shower
On the 1st floor:
1 very well equipped kitchen, opening onto the dining room, equipped with a stove
1 living room, not overlooked and bathed in light
1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a large closet
1 bedroom with a 140 bed, bunk bed 90, and a large closet
1 bathroom (140x90 shower), with double sink
1 separate toilet
1 pantry (back kitchen) with a washing machine and dryer, a second sink and cupboards
1 terrace with table and plancha

Anything broken and any damage will be charged (appliances, chairs, etc.)
Pets are NOT allowed in the house (even small ones) because the garden is not fenced.
