Quirky and colorful, this adorable, pet-friendly, tiny living [240sqft!] studio in the Melrose historic district is perfect for your short or long visit to Phoenix. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living on the private patio, soak in the clawfoot tub, bike around the neighborhood! You will love the bars, dining, vintage shops, and walkability the neighborhood has to offer. Come, stay awhile!
The space
If the name doesn't give it away, the Casita is inspired by the vibrance and color of Magdalena Carmen Frida Kahlo, Mexican artists and dreamer. With vaulted ceilings and bright natural light, you won't believe the Casita is only 240 sqft, making for [big] tiny living. Here in Arizona, it's all about indoor+outdoor living, so open up the french doors to the private patio, and double your space! Staying in the winter months? cozy up with some wine and a fire in the chiminea, or Nextflix and chill in the memory foam queen bed!
Please keep In mind, as an animal Lover, I choose to host furry friends too! So if you have animal allergies my place might not be best suited
