Each house boasts unique features designed to elevate your stay to unparalleled heights of comfort and relaxation.

Step through the hand-carved door into the foyer adorned with modern art, offering a glimpse of the piano room where you can unwind in serenity. The two dining areas, exuding country sophistication, accommodates up to 20 guests for memorable meals.

Dos Lagos presents four private bedrooms in the main house, each with its ensuite bathroom. The master suite is a sanctuary with a wood-burning fireplace, an oversized rain shower, a soaker tub, and individual dressing areas for royalty-like comfort. Unwind in the Scandinavian-style sauna, a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.
Family-Friendly Amenities
Ideal for families, Dos Lagos features a 6-bed bunk area and a nanny/babysitter drop-down Murphy bed, along with a toy closet filled with delights. The office doubles as a sleeping area, complete with a sleeper sofa and office essentials. Indulge in entertainment with a games table and high-speed internet access throughout the property.

AMAZING!! Words just can’t describe how beautiful the property is. If you are looking for an incredible family getaway or just a weekend of relaxation, this is the place for you. Our kids fished, swam and explored the property all day everyday. The house was immaculate and pristine. Gary, the host, was the most attentive and accommodating host we’ve had. He put forth the effort to ensure our long weekend was perfect and memorable, and was always just a message away. We look forward to going back soon! I would give it more than five stars if that was an option.

Absolutely Magical Stay — 10/10!This property in Athens, TX is an absolute dream! The house sits on a stunning piece of land tucked between two lakes, and it’s just as beautiful to walk around as it is to relax in. Sipping coffee on a cool morning on the porch with friends while watching the kids play on the lawn may be one of my favorite memories ever.The home itself is beyond comfortable for a big group - spacious, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything you could ever need (charging cords, blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner — it’s all there!). The beds are so comfortable and it’s QUIET! Everyone slept like babies.The kids had the time of their lives exploring the amazing play structure that looks like a pirate ship, hanging in their incredible bunk room (you’ll have to draw straws for who gets the top bunk!), and zipping around the property in the golf cart. Meanwhile, the adults loved cooking dinner on the BBQ, lounging by the massive pool and pool house, and watching the sky turn pink and gold at magic hour. Every sunset looks like it was painted just for you.The local area is adorable - filled with great vintage shops, cute boutiques, tasty restaurants, a charming bookstore, and even a nearby winery where you can sip wine and spot longhorns!Every detail of this property feels intentional and welcoming. It’s a perfect getaway for families or groups of friends to slow down, laugh, and truly connect. We’ll absolutely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Dos Lagos. The variety of activities to participate in kept everyone entertained- from swimming, tennis, billiards, corn toss to fishing. The house was well equipped with kitchen utensils and large enough to handle our family of 20 comfortably
