The location was great. The responses from the management company when we had inquiries were fine. The unit needs refreshed. The building needs some serious attention. The headline on VRBO stated “beach views from every room.” Technically that is true. However, the view of the gulf from the second bedroom was only if you look through the door, across the hallway, through the kitchen, across a corner of the living room, out the window, and across the balcony. The window in the second bedroom looked out on the hallway. This was a major disappointment since we rented this unit based on the fact that there were two bedrooms with direct views of the gulf. The second disappointment was the property employee responses when we had questions. There was never a response. Having said all this, I would say the pool was great, the access to the gulf was great, and everyone had a good time.

We enjoyed the view and conveience of getting to activities, however it took us 1 1/2 hours ro check in and get a parking stall due to there was no packet ready for is and someone parked in our spot, the condo unit was rather unclean, had many missing light bulbs, mold on the ceilings, missing TV remotes, clogged drains, and very very poor Internet service. The unit decor was cute but the sofa, beds and chairs were not comfy. The actual complex was nice, the pool was nice and the beach was pretty but staff shoould clean the beach area wvery day due to alot of trash on it.
