Casa El Ocaso is a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the fourth floor of Vista Azul in El Tezal. Featuring beautiful views of Medano Beach and the Cabo San Lucas marina, the condo offers a comfortable retreat close to downtown, shopping, dining, and local attractions.
The bright, open-concept interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a large island with breakfast-bar seating, and a dining table for six. The inviting living room is filled with natural light and opens onto a spacious private patio where guests can relax and enjoy the surrounding views.
Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, spacious closets, and televisions. The condo comfortably accommodates four guests and includes an in-suite washer and dryer for added convenience.
Guests have access to the community pool, shared BBQ and firepit areas, and a designated underground parking space. The large patio and shared outdoor amenities provide plenty of opportunities to enjoy Cabo’s warm weather.
Vista Azul is located in El Tezal, just minutes from Walmart, Fresko, Costco, and approximately five minutes by car from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The marina, Medano Beach, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and water activities are all within easy reach.
Uber, taxis, and private transportation are readily available. Guests who plan to explore more of Los Cabos may prefer to rent a vehicle.

Have stayed at this property before. Within minutes to everything, fabulous ocean views with comfortable king size beds. Definitely would stay here again!

First time to Cabo and we wanted to be outside the hustle and noise of downtown. This was a great location for exactly that. New area, so the roads are a work in progress but every Uber we called found us without issue. It’s close to the highway, which we didn’t anticipate, but the noise was not too bad. Close to a great grocery store to get supplies and snacks! A quick uber to the marina or Médano Beach, or any of the main beaches. Beds were comfortable, the rest of the furniture was good quality and comfy. You can see whales from the balcony, which was a definite bonus. The pool is a nice size and we were the only ones to use it all week. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This condo is wonderfully located, and clean and very pretty. The beds were comfortable and we had a great time. Plus the property manager was the best ever!
