About this villa rental
Casa Montre is a beautiful villa with a stunning view over the Bay of Sampieri. At home you can feel the wellness of natural materials such as wood, stone and terracotta floors. The Mediterranean Garden overflows of fragrances and good vibration.
The space
The Villa has been built with the strictest criteria of green building based on the project of Miggiani-Malgaretto architects, using the concept of the Sicilian "Baglio" (Corte). The garden has been designed by the Sicilian landscape architect Fausta Occhipinti, respecting the soul of the Mediterranean flora, emphasizing colors and scents. The house consists of a kitchen with all appliances, a large living room with TV and fireplace, a spacious veranda, a comfortable Studio, a laundry room that doubles as toilet for guests and, furthermore, 3 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms.
The rooms furnishing is simple but charming, full of history and great design.
The house is truly a magnificent place where to stay: it is located in the middle of the countryside and the beach of Sampieri is less than 5 minute driving.
The courtyard offers a breathtaking panorama that sweeps 180° up to Capo Passero. During the winter clearest days you can see Malta and Gozo islands at the horizon, which are about 50 nm far from the coast.

South East of Sicily - The villa is set in the beautiful countryside among Sampieri and Scicli, it offers an amazing 180° view on the sea and two hectares of private garden into the Mediterranean scrub: provided with 2km walking paths for the physical wellness.
Other things to note
Guests will share our passion and knowledge of the wonderful lands of the Baroque. The villa is built with the most modern principles of green building, to ensure comfort and wellness. The house is cool in the Summer and comfortable warm in the Winter, thanks to the central heating and to the fireplace fueled by our own garden firewood. In the well-stocked library you will find information about the most typical places to visit, restaurants of the amazing Sicilian cuisine and the most beautiful beaches for unforgettable swims.
Overall stay
To respect the vocation of the house, allowing its best usability, requests for stays longer than 30 days will not be taken into consideration.
