Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. The for 8 persons. You have access to the 8 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 10 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven and refrigerator (freezer). You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with at bunk bed (upstairs) and 1 bunk bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine.

Marina di Modica, 5 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
