Large studio in heart of Roseville. Studio has mini split system, which provides individualized control over the rooms temperature. Studio is also equipped with a full kitchen and a full bath with a shower and tub. Has electric fireplace, cooking, essentials, and a smart TV. Premium sound With white noise machine.

Please do not block driveways or vehicles. Street parking only. No smoking of any kind or pets in unit. Please make sure you book for appropriate number of guests. $75 fee per unauthorized guest. Violation of our smoking or pet policy will result in an extra cleaning fee and damage fee as well as immediate termination of booking. $100 cleaning and pet damage fee. $400 cleaning fee for events or gatherings. $450 fee for any smoke damage.

My stay was okay, but if there’s something that they have to work on it’s to be flexible with the check-in.
But overall it was good and quiet perfectly how I wanted it..
