Guest House Roseville Retreat

I didn’t spend much time here. It was a place to sleep after spending the day with family. It’s small and secure.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Located Olin a quite residential area.Suitable for short term stays as space limited and more suitable for one person.Only minor issue was using the streaming apps on the tv as Netflix, Apple TV would not launch. I was able to overcome the issue by stream these apps on my devices and air play on the TV.

Clean space.

My husband and I were going to a concert in Lincoln and needed a quick place to stay for a night. We got to the property around and our code did not work for the door. Tried messaging the host and didn't get a response. Luckily the owner happened to come home about 15 min later and got us inside. Room was pleasant, bed was comfortable, had all of the amenities needed. We followed all checkout instructions the next morning, took out the trash and gathered laundry as requested, left around 10 A.M. 6:00 that evening I received a threatening message from the host, and a 2nd shortly after. He accused us of returning to the property and said we needed to vacate right away or we would be charged another night. I told him we were not at the property. He told me someone was in the property and they saw our Volvo on the camera. I told him we didn't have a Volvo. I sent him a screenshot from my life360 to prove when we left. He told me it still looked like we were in the area. I had to send another to show we were already back in NV. He apologized.I understand mistakes happen, but he could have easily looked at the camera to see when we left, and that we didn't return. Accusing us, and then doubling down was unsettling.
