Property is a 15-20 minute walk to historic 4th Ave. It was spacious and spotless. Well- equipped modern kitchen. Great value. Decor was unappealing/shabby but price made up for it.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Perhaps the description should be updated: no hot tub.

No provisions in the kitchen like towels etc. Shower floor was very slippery, kind of dangerous. Furniture was pretty worn, but bed was ok. Overall the place was pretty tired and needs some updating.
