PLEASE NOTE: A FOB access fee of $115 will be charged to guests upon check-in, and it covers everyone in the reservation. This cost is in addition to the lodging total paid on Vrbo. FOB fee is paid directly to Park Shore Resort and provides access to community amenities (pool, bathrooms, tennis / pickleball courts, fitness room, etc.)

We do not make exceptions to our cancelation policy based on weather, illness, job loss, or emergency situations. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover your vacation in the event of unexpected changes to your trip.
