The property was very clean, condo was nice and clean and roomy enough for 4 people and a nice screened in balcony overlooking the little river. But the Hogfish Harry’s restaurant was very expensive-to pricey, good food but be prepared for overpriced cocktails and meals. Great location, beach access 2 mikes away, easy access to pickle ball courts and all locations to get to.
They needed a better kitchen setup. Not enough stuff to cook with, we could not find a coockie sheet for oven to bake on, the silver wear was bad, needs cooking pan update as they were all worn out. But very clean.

No outside traffic. Ease of parking. Ease of access to room. Private balcony. LOVED the pool area, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. For the most part, people were respectful of others swimming vs. just lounging on noodles in pool. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Location, location, location. . .Close to Publix/shopping and close enough to tourist attractions and beaches yet far enough away from the tourists traps. The pool area was very eco friendly. Walking path.
Toddlers and infants in diapers in adult pool. REALLY? Would have liked a "kiddy pool" for those in diapers. The "30-something" disrespectful "adults". Go on a Carnival Cruise. Need to repair the bridge to the pool and restaurant. Boards are uneven and some are rotting and need to be replaced. Didn't like the fact I had to take my garbage to the dumpster. Need recycle bins for all the plastics/glass.
