We enjoyed the views from the deck as we could watch the fireworks from Dollywood. The set up was nice.

Beautiful place. Very nice accommodations. We had only one small issue and it was resolved the next day/noonish by maintenance person. Only negative was denial of our request on last morning for one hour extension for check out -to enjoy coffee on the deck. We plan to return together to the same place.

Once we checked in we reported many issues. We got the standard response every time “ we have reported the issue to our local team. Please wait for a response”. The main reason we rented this house was the movie room. When we turned the projector on, there was a message about the light bulb needing to be replaced. It took 2 full days for someone to actually show up and look at it. This guy said he would get a new bulb and be back. However he never returned again. Then there were issues with the washing machine. The spin cycle would not work. This was report. When the maintenance man showed up for the light bulb we had to tell him about the washing machine. So the local team must not have been made aware of the issue. After that now one showed up to try to fix the issue. No maintenance man or appliance repair man. Nothing. Since the wash machine would not work properly we asked for more towels. There were 7 people staying there. They brought us 5 towels. We went a full week without hearing from anyone from this company or the local team.
