Please use extra caution when arriving and departing. A reliable vehicle is recommended, and during periods of heavy snow or ice, 4WD or tire chains may be necessary for safe travel.

Having your own vehicle is highly recommended in Pigeon Forge. It offers the most flexibility for visiting local attractions like Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, shopping, and restaurants.

If you didn't bring a vehicle, several rental car agencies are available nearby, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace.

3. Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley
The Fun Time Trolley is an affordable and convenient way to get around. Multiple routes serve the Parkway, Dollywood, Sevierville, and parts of Gatlinburg. Depending on your route, trolley stops are available throughout Pigeon Forge.

During periods of snow, ice, or severe weather, driving conditions can become more challenging. We recommend checking the weather before your trip and using a reliable vehicle, especially during the winter months.

We provide a starter set of toiletries and supplies (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) for your convenience. For longer stays, guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional items. Nearby 24-hour shopping options include Kroger and Publix, conveniently located off Highway 321 at Traffic Light #3 🛒. A washer and dryer 🧺 are also available for your use.

When booking on most platforms, a credit card processing fee is charged by the booking platform. If you cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy, you should receive a full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the platform. These fees are collected by the payment processor and are not retained by us, so we are unable to refund them. Thank you for your understanding.

Our cabin is nestled in a peaceful natural setting surrounded by trees. Because of this, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife or insects such as beetles, ants, flies, bees, hornets, spiders, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have routine professional pest control and thoroughly clean the cabin before every stay, it is not possible to guarantee a completely bug-free environment. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the beauty of nature during your visit.

Holiday Check-In Policy

Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays, including New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
