This charming beach duplex boasts a sparkling heated pool where you can cool down or get in your exercise for the day. The pool can be found in the beautifully landscaped courtyard with poolside loungers and an outdoor dining area. There is also an outdoor shower available that is perfect for rinsing off after a thrilling day at the beach. Inside, this air-conditioned abode enjoys a welcoming living area with comfortable furniture and a smart TV with streaming and cable so you can catch up on your favorite series during your stay. Channel your inner chef and surprise your guests with your culinary skills when you prepare delicious homemade meals and beach snacks on the go in the well-appointed kitchen. Additional perks this retreat offers include four beach chairs, beach toys, and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
