The house was beautiful and had all the bells and whistles you could ask for. My kids loved playing badminton and cornhole in the private backyard. The AC worked very well even in the extreme heat. I would definitely return

Girls’ weekend in Newport and could not have chosen a better home! Close enough to everything without the crowds and congestion.Ryan was the consummate host property was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and stocked with all the conveniences of home. He was very easy to reach and even offered some rainy day activity suggestions.Would highly recommend for group or family getaways or for those just looking for a little extra room to relax. Definitely keeping on my list as a place to return! Thank you, Ryan!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the well equipped, comfortable property! The house and yard are extremely well maintained and CLEAN. We would definitely rent this property again.

This house was a great home base for us during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the fire pit and badminton.
