Property & pool is a good sizeDownstairs shower was faulty but after contacting property maintenance they arranged for plumbers to attend & fault was fixed Few things - only 1 pillow on the beds, few of the air con units leaked, seal around fridge door was hot & door becoming rusty, some external shutters wouldn’t close

Just got home from a lovely weeks holiday.We got lucky with the weather at 27-30 degrees which made the pool fine to use. It’s not heated so if you go at 20 degrees I’d take a wetsuit for kids. Luckily we don’t need ours. The local beach is good, sunbeds, showers, bar/restaurant and toilets etc. The restaurant across the road (Tivoli) was great. Good pizza, steak and aperol spritz! Fair prices too. There is a mix of bars on the main road (some fancier than others depending what you want). There’s lots of shops and an arcade to get the kids out the sun for a bit and the local water park was a great day out for them. Pollença port was also a nice beach day. The house is as described. Only slight niggle I’d say was that the second double bed is small which is a consideration for a 6ft 5in builder, and there were no spare pillows which made it hard for one family to sleep and I know others where that is detrimental. The property managers were amazing! Such great communication and when something went wrong, they had a contractor there within hours. I would recommend this area of Majorca for sure
