About this resort
A 710 – LA Mansion Penthouse
City and Sunset view corner penthouse. Spacious three Bedroom- three bathroom, plus a large loft with living and guest area (2400 total sq ft). Glassed in terrace for climate controlled or open window fresh air sunsets.
This spacious top floor, Corner Penthouse features two levels, 18-foot ceilings, and was recently remodeled. It is frequently used as the owner's personal home away from home and is always in tip top condition.
The La Mansion Penthouse features a remodeled kitchen with purified water, dining for 10, remodeled bathrooms, full size washer and dryer, smart TVs in all rooms, and individual AC thermostats and ceiling fans in every room for maximum comfort for every guest.
The new kitchen features stone countertops and all the amenities you would expect. Whip up your own gourmet meal or have our reservations manager arrange for a private chef to delight you with a delicious dinner in the privacy of your penthouse.
Groceries are readily available across the street, at the new Walmart Supercenter Cabo Marina, or at the specialty grocery store, Chedraui, located at the Puerto Parisio mall a block away.
Feel free to pack as light as you wish, as there is a full-size washer/dryer, an iron in the laundry room, and hairdryers in every bathroom for your convenience.
Never miss out on American and Canadian TV shows or current sports events such as football, baseball, local news, etc. An app that projects over 100 channels has been installed. The penthouse is also equipped with private High-Speed Internet.
Plan to go to the beach or relax by the pool. There are beach coolers, beach towels, inflatable floats, and pool noodles for your enjoyment. Or grab a bite at one of the two on- site restaurants.
Excellent location between Medano Beach and the Puerto Paraíso shopping mall on the Cabo Marina. Just a five-minute walk to the best shopping and multiple dining experiences.

Pros: safe & easy walk to the beach, Super clean! Beds are comfortable, the couch & living space was clean & decor was perfect! AC worked great! Door a lil tricky but easy to get in & out, welcome drinks in fridge, 1x 1 free drink per person at the bar near the pool. At the pool bar Always 2 for 1 house margaritas. Front desk attendant helpful & kind. Elevator functional & clean - lots of space, pool & property was clean, lots of clean towels. Detergent to wash, utensils & plates all fully stocked. Walmart diagonal from Marina sol. Walking distance to mall, local bank if need to exchange, & the main boulevard. Lots of great reasonable priced restaurants compared to beach front restaurants.Cons: WiFi was weak, TV not working in couple bedrooms, they ask you to pay 50 US Dollars for key card when checking in not necessary easy walk around the property. No windows in bedrooms, The service at the pool was terrible! Not once did they ask my family if they could grab us a drink or anything. Outside staff were NOT friendly-noticed they were kind to the regulars & provided service to them vs acknowledging us while we were there, Unfortunately no view or balcony.

This was my first time to Cabo was a bit nervous booking it but after we got there and everything was so close and convenient we are already planning our next trip and will stay here again.

This was our third trip to this particular resort and the best by far. Our rooms were clean and well appointed, but the service of the staff was truly above and beyond every step of the way. We'll be life long returners for sure! Clint and his team were incredible!

Pros: location was good. Walking distance to beach, marina, Walmart, several restaurants and Mall. Resort pool was nice and enjoyed the spa.Cons: Hot water wasn’t consistent, NO balcony, NO water view of any kind, Hot tub at resort never worked!
