It was clean. The activities and the food selection.
No hot water while showering reported the issue w/ no resolution.
Placed on the second floor and no elevator.
Not enough towel stations around resort.
No umbrellas out by the beach area.
No shuttle services.
Pool closings at 8pm.

The breakfast was great and there was lots of activities for kids.
We had tons of gnats in our room and that felt so gross since there were no plants. And there were plates all around the pools that birds were getting into and pooping on everything and I felt like they needed far more people picking up plates and food constantly.
