Enjoy full access to our 4 bedroom 3 level home, sauna and the outdoor spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked with your basic essentials to create delicious meals while you create memories to last a lifetime. With a large dining table and kitchen bar everyone can easily be together. There are 2 family rooms, 2 full bathrooms, in unit laundry, a separate kids play room, and a game room with a great bar, couch, large TV, and best of all a ping pong table!
Located in a secluded area 15 miles north of Duluth and surrounded by trees, the air up here is exactly what you need to escape the stresses of everyday life. Watch the kids play on the swing set while you sip your morning coffee or evening wine. And don't forget to take advantage of the Sauna!. This property will remind you of life's simple pleasures.

In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

Superior house retreat was a great place to stay for our family. Location is close to hiking and Duluth, and easy to navigate. Everyone's beds were comfortable. Ping pong table was a big hit. (We brought our own paddles and balls.) Kitchen was large so easy to work in for multiple helping hands. Duluth coffee to start was very much appreciated! Sauna is large and works for a good sweat if that is your thing. Yard area was recently mowed which was a relief so as to cut down on any concerns there. There are steps to get in both entrances. Communication worked well for us for arrival directions and access.

It was a fun house and there was a lot of room for our large group to all be in the same area (at the table playing games or watching TV).We wanted to have a ping pong tment, but the one provided ball had a hole and a crack in it; that was a bummer.A few things could have been improved (the dishwasher didn't get the dishes very clean and the can opener didn't work). More ping pong balls and newer paddles should be provided, especially if you're advertising this in the listing. If you're looking for quiet or privacy, this probably isn't the place (we could hear everyone, no matter where they were in the house).However, we all made the best of it and had a fun time hanging out and playing games. A couple people took advantage of the sauna and enjoyed it.

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful area. The first night, my wife stepped outside to walk the dog and was so excited to see all the stars, which we only see a few where we live. We stared at the stars for a solid hour every night. House was very warm and comfy. Close to some hidden restaurants and not too far from other towns or Duluth. We had a very relaxing stay and didn't want to leave. Responsive customer service.
