North Shore Timber Retreat! Nestle in on 4.8 wooded acres w/this quaint 4+ Bedroom/3+ Bath + Sauna Timber Cottage Home located just 3/4 mile above Lake Superior/McQuade Harbor & only 3 miles from the edge of the City of Duluth. The sleeping areas include 4 bedrooms plus a loft sleeping area. The sleeping areas consist of two Primary Bedrooms w/king beds & master suites, 2 queen beds & also 2 extra queen pull out sleeper sofas allowing guests to find plenty of space to relax. The 3+ bathrooms include a jetted bathtub, 4 tiled showers plus a sauna & dressing room- all this is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Enjoy the comfort of heated "warm Floors" and air conditioning throughout the home. **Living space is designed with an open floor plan accommodating a vaulted large dining area, coffee bar & a fully furnished kitchen, vaulted & spacious living area & access to exterior patio for grilling! Appreciate the comfort of having 3 main floor bedrooms, 2+ tiled baths, sauna & the romantic upper level second master bedroom/full bath** Whether you’re gathering for a cozy night in or exploring Duluth or nearby North Shore sights, this comfortable cottage home offers a tremendous stay! No check-in on Sunday's unless pre-approved with owners.
