This property was perfect for our family. The views were awesome. Enjoyed sitting and playing cards with the grandkids on rhe balcony. The ice machine was a great bonus with everyone filling their water bottles. I feel there should be more supervision near the waterslides/pools. Had a lot of older kids rough housing and making a train down rhe slide. Dangerous for kids in the way. Also issues with the elevator. Also the Luau was moved inside,cwhich was very disappointing. Because of heat. Isnt it hot all summer? But the Luau was fun and delicious food. And the Cobalt Restaurant was our favorite place to eat.

We have stayed at the Caribe multiple times, but this was by far the best unit we have ever stayed in. The location to everything was perfect. The views are spectacular from the balcony. You can see all around to the bay and the ocean. We don’t like to be up too high so the 5th floor was perfect. Management was great to work with and checked on us often. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was a wonderful week and we hope to book this exact same unit next year.

Loved the room, clean and everythingyou need!! The hotel amenities are great but we did not realize the upper deck and lazy river was closed which was a bummer for our kids. Unfortunately, Spring Break for the local teens was a huge issue. They took over the resort, got into fights and honestly made it so we went back to our room by 7pm. Will not be back....
