Welcome to AgrupadasTo reserve this property we require a minimum age of at least 1 guest to be 25 years or older and to accept all house rules.Agrupadas is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00
But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this stylish & modern apartment with Scandinavian design. Here you have walking distance to Central Plaza and are just minutes from Puerto Banus and the beach. Agrupadas is a typical beautiful Spanish style complex and it is a quiet family oriented community. The apartment is spread out over 2 floors and has a terrace that is private with no view from neighbours.From the gate there is an easy access to the first floor where you find 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the another bedroom has its bathroom just next to it. Is has a spacious open plan kitchen/living room with dining area. Furthermore there is a sunny and cozy terrace with a lounge group.On the top floor there is a master bedroom with 2 single beds its own en-suite bathroom.In the apartment there's fiber optic internet and a central hot and cold air conditioning system.
