Fully refurbished villa, in popular vacation rental area. Nestled on the pristine shores of Seven Seas Beach, our charming 3-bedroom penthouse villa promises a perfect blend of comfort and luxury for your tropical escape.
Just steps to Seven Seas Beach, the villa is nestled between two seaside national parks and a short distance from the bioluminescent bay kayak village and Icacos Quay water taxi pier. A short drive will take you to El Yunque national rain forest the center of adventure activities such as hiking, horseback riding, zip-lining and more. Several nearby golf courses provide plenty of options for those wishing to spend time on the links.
There are several reefs off the beach, so bring your snorkel gear. The entire beach is protected by an outer barrier reef and so it is safe for swimming with life guards on duty. The complex pool is clean, inviting and relaxing. Children love that pool! All beach equipment is provided (sand chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, cooler).

This place was perfect. Well stocked, comfortable beds, steps from the beach. Six of us had plenty of room to relax and hang out. Loved the outside upstairs area for evening sunsets. Overall, great stay.

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay in PR! One of the cleanest and well thought out places we have ever stayed at. Before we ever arrived in PR Michael was sure to communicate with us and upon finding out we wouldn't arrive til late at night got a list of food and snacks we wanted and had them waiting on the counter and refrigerator for us. This is the type of service that truly sets this villa apart from most. The rooftop terrace started every day with a breeze, coffee, and the sound of nature and ended with cooler air and tranquility. The restaurant options within a 5 min walk or 5-10 mins drive are amazing with fantastic food and service. Pool was a perfect setting to just relax your cares away and the beach was icing on the cake! We will be back for sure!

This is our third time at this property, this time returning with our two kids, sister-in-law and daughter. The owners have consistently shown both attention to detail and continued care for the property and guest experience. The spaces are all well appointed with amenities that add to the stay and don't crowd the space. Each room is comfortable, overall offering a balance of spaces to be together or to take a break from each other. The kitchen is perfect to work in if you're making your own means, while the rooftop patio has astounding views and comfortable furniture. You're a short walk from Seven Seas beach, while also having ready access to some of the best attractions and restaurants on the east side of the island. The property and it's owners have helped cement Puerto Rico as a continued family tradition and we can't wait to go back.
