Nautilus 22 by A&M - Nautilus 22

This charming apartment for three awaits you on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building on Kurhausstraße. The entryway, complete with a guest restroom, opens directly onto the elegant open-concept kitchen and the combined living and dining area. Here, you’ll immediately be captivated by the stunning panoramic view of the Kampen heathland—stretching from the Langer Christian lighthouse all the way to the Uwe Düne—as well as the cozy, sheltered south-facing balcony. The same beautiful view can be enjoyed from the single bedroom with a French bed and chaise longue on the upper floor of the apartment. Another bedroom for two, along with one shower room and one bathroom with a tub, as well as high-quality custom woodwork in a consistent style, complete this floor. The entire suite has been freshly renovated and embodies a modern interpretation of the country house style in shades of gray and white with attractive hardwood floors.
