Interior: The flat has 2 bedrooms, living-dining room, bathroom, equipped kitchen, 1 balcony. 1 bedroom - double bed, wardrobe, bedside table. 2 bedroom - double bunk bed, Bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, WC, bidet. Living room: sofa bed, table, chairs, TV, TV cabinet, exit to the terrace. Kitchen equipped with everything you need for your holiday: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, table, crockery, cutlery. To the beach of Fenals it is 750 m, to the beach of Sa Boadella - 700 m, the latter is one of the most beautiful bays. Next to the finca there are 3 supermarkets, bus stop, from where you can reach the station of Blanes or the city centre. All around there are many restaurants with typical food from all over the world, bars, gift shops and beach accessories as well as pharmacies. The city centre and the discotheque areas are only 5 min. away by car. To the water park Waterworld, the children's playground Gnomo-park and the dolphinarium Marineland - 5-10 min. by car. St.Clotilde gardens are 5 min. by car. Airport Girona - 30 km (destination RyanAir) Airport Barcelone - 85 km. Blanes train station - 8 km.
