About this house rental
Furnished, beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house for rent, close to skiing and Sundance Film Festival. It is a wonderful place to get together with friends and family and enjoy all that Park City has to offer. This lovely property is located in Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club just minutes to downtown Main Street and under 11 miles to three World Class Ski Resorts: The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley Resort.
Enjoy hardwood floors, gorgeous furnishings, and accents in the Great Room. The main level's open floor plan is a beautiful space to be in with a dining room, living room and gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace all in one place.
The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and convection oven. The large kitchen island has six comfortable seats, and the kitchen is fully-equipped with all you need to make a nice meal.
The second living room on the first level features a gas fireplace and more space to gather. With ample seating, and a 58” TV, it's a great place to watch a movie or your favorite sports game. Heated floors add to the coziness of this room.
BED and BATH
The three bedrooms are all large, with high ceilings and their own bathrooms. The bedding and bath towels for all the rooms are plush and luxurious, adding to the great experience of staying in this home.
The top floor features the Master Ensuite as well as the second bedroom and bath. The Master Bedroom looks out on a beautiful, private backyard with lovely trees. The master bathroom features marble flooring with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower with two shower heads. It also features two large walk-in closets, as well as a vanity with two sinks. Take a soak in the tub looking out on the beautiful backyard or step out on your own private deck and take in the beautiful mountain air and scenery.
The second bedroom, located upstairs, has its own bathroom adjacent to the room. The views from this bedroom are stunning. Trees and the private backyard make this a peaceful, tranquil setting. If you're lucky, you'll see some deer, elk or moose strolling by. There are also double doors opening to a beautiful deck.
The third bedroom is located on the first level and is complete with its own private bathroom. Quiet and cozy, our guests always say how much they love sleeping in this room. Heated floors will lead you down the hallway to your room.
