Steps to the new Woodward Resort & indoor sport park, epic MTN biking & hiking trails, & cross country ski routes. You'll be amazed by how quickly you get to this pristine, natural setting from both SLC Airport & downtown SLC. Nothing but forest & trails just outside the backyard. A babbling brook runs right in front of the property, under the road leading to it. Pets allowed on case by case basis w/ pet fee. Hot tub is in & ready for you!

A perfect base of operations for our ski trip. Clean, very nice and had everything we needed!

Pros:
- House is just as listed and everything worked well and was clean and maintained
- Very close to a local shopping center and 5 minutes from Kimble Junction for more shopping & restaurant options
- Easy 20 minute drink to Park City Mountain Resort and downtown Park City without having to stay in congested areas.
- Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors
- Huge garage with boot warmer and sleds were great perks as well as the hot tub that fit 4 tall adults
Improvements:
- Found some chipped and stained dishes we reported to the property manager upon arrival
- We did not receive the code to access the property on the day of our stay. I had to text the property manager a couple of times and remind them which unit we were staying in to get a code. Would have liked a more proactive arrival process.

I highly recommend this property. It was so spacious and cozy. My husband, mom, 2 kids (2yr old and 11yr old)and myself had plenty of room. Went for a white Christmas and definitely got that. Super close to Wood Ward. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Only recommendations is Tv's in the 2 rooms and a full length mirror.. Will definitely be staying again.

My family and I stayed there in March 2023 to ski Deer Valley. The property is very nice. Hot tub is awesome. Although it got crowded with four people in there. Kitchen was great. We typically cook in on ski trips and it was well supplied with everything we needed including an outdoor grill that was easy to use my adult kids loved the video games. That was an added bonus. Very tight space getting into the garage with our rental SUV. Significant ice buildup made it a tricky parking job.
