About this house rental

This Mountain Modern home is set up for your dream vacation. The house has a new hot tub that seats 8, BBQ, Large deck, 2 big screen smart TV's, fast internet/Wi-Fi and a Sonos sound system. The living space is large and set up for entertaining with a 60 inch gas fireplace, dining table that seats 8 and a sectional leather couch. The large gourmet kitchen has a 14 foot island with 8 bar stools and is equipped with new appliances, a wine refrigerator, Sub Zero refrigerator, 2 sinks, 4 in 1 air fryer, coffee maker and bean grinder, microwave, double oven, dishwasher and all the gadgets you can imagine to cook a perfect meal. The bedrooms have new comfortable beds and furniture perfect for a good nights sleep. There are 2 desks in case anyone needs to work remote. This house is set up for entertaining and relaxing with attention to detail. Less than 2 miles to Tahoe City for dining and shopping and under 8 miles to both Palisades and NorthStar. Tahoe Cross Country Center is a few blocks away. Tahoe City Winter Sports Park is 2.5 miles.

This Mountain Modern home is set up for your dream vacation. The house has a new hot tub that seats 8, BBQ, Large deck, 2 big screen smart TV's, fast internet/Wi-Fi and a Sonos sound system. The living space is large and set up for entertaining with a 60 inch gas fireplace, dining table that seats 8 and a sectional leather couch. The large gourmet kitchen has a 14 foot island with 8 bar stools and is equipped with new appliances, a wine refrigerator, Sub Zero refrigerator, 2 sinks, 4 in 1 air fryer, coffee maker and bean grinder, microwave, double oven, dishwasher and all the gadgets you can imagine to cook a perfect meal. The bedrooms have new comfortable beds and furniture perfect for a good nights sleep. There are 2 desks in case anyone needs to work remote. This house is set up for entertaining and relaxing with attention to detail. Less than 2 miles to Tahoe City for dining and shopping and under 8 miles to both Palisades and NorthStar. Tahoe Cross Country Center is a few blocks away. Tahoe City Winter Sports Park is 2.5 miles.

I can't say enough about this house. We rented it for our family of 8 adults over Christmas week. It has been recently remodeled and it is beautiful. Krista left us the sweetest gift basket and note and even decorated it for us for Christmas! Since our family is now adult couples, we were looking for a house with no bunk beds and no twin beds. Working with Krista to book the house was great. She was kind, patient and accommodating. Our family loves to cook and the kitchen was well stocked. There isn't one pot, pan, or tool that wasn't supplied. We had enough plates, glasses, and utensils for a family of 8. We had a craft cocktail competition and there was plenty of barware and a wine fridge to accommodate that as well! The openness of the floor plan allowed us all to hang out in one room. The huge island sat 8 and allowed us to all help with the cooking. The dining room table comfortably sat 8 for Christmas dinner and family games. We also brought our family dog, Kona, and this house is extremely dog friendly. It even has it's own dog run and poop bags. The location is in the perfect location, close to ski areas, the lake, restaurants, and shops. It is clean and well maintained. The hot tub was an added bonus, my kids really enjoyed hot tubbing in the snow! I can't thank Krista enough for all the details she provided and for a week of memories my family was able to make in this fantastic property. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. Will be returning soon!

We took Amtrak from the Bay Area to Truckee and enjoyed a stunningly scenic train ride. Krista's home was the perfect place to stay—clean, comfortable, and equipped with a fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was peaceful and inviting, making our visit even more relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway!

My friends and I absolutely loved this place. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need and all the small touches made the biggest difference. Completely remodeled gorgeous big space. Stocked kitchen. Our host couldn’t have been kinder leaving an incredibly thoughtful gift basket with snacks and dog treats (even a puppy toy for our puppy) and high end wine bottle in fridge. House is extremely dog friendly with dog sheets, bed, blanket, fenced in back yard. Hot tub fit 7 of us with room and it’s brand new. Truly one of the best places we have stayed so far in Tahoe, don’t hesitate to book!
