Villa Gambin on the outskirts of the village Kastelir is a comfortable and luxurious holiday home with swimming pool and wonderful panoramic sea view.
The holiday home is 6,5 km from the sea and 15 km from the town Porec. On well-maintained and fully enclosed property of 1 200 sqm, it offers to the guests a swimming pool with children's pool, covered terrace with barbecue, table tennis, badminton court, a small house of 40 sqm with billiard table and whirlpool and three parking spaces.
Holiday home of 300 sqm on three air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a double bedroom with private shower/toilet and another shower/toilet. On the first floor there is a pleasant living room and two double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet. On the second floor (high attic) is a large double bedroom with private bath/toilet and balcony with beautiful panoramic sea view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
