Villa Robert Kastelir

La villa è molto bella, pulita, le stanze sono ben divise, la piscina è piccola ma funzionale, la cucina perfetta

Non è una critica, solo un consiglio se qualcuno cerca qualcosa vicino al centro la posizione non è il massimo ma per un weekend di relax è perfetta

Als wir 10 Tage allein in diesem Areal waren, gefiel uns die absolute Ruhe, sowie der Pool. Selbst die Lage etwas abseits und doch nur 10 min mit dem Auto zum Strand oder 15 min zur Altstadt nach Porec. Top!

Was uns nicht gefallen hat? -Wir hatten, Gott sei Dank nur 3 Tage, eine Truppe mit 7 Jugendlichen als Nachbarn. (Es liegen zwei Einheiten/DH nebeneinander mit Abgrenzung) Die jungen Leute haben andere Interessen, als wir in Form einer Familie. Infolgedessen hat uns die Unruhe nicht gefallen. Weiterhin sind einige Mängel in der Villa. (Bettwäsche teilweise mangelhaft, Geschirr/Gläser verkalkt, Armatur im OG Bad links defekt, Aussenrollladen im OG/Flur nicht benutzbar, etc.) Ein no Go, das untere Zimmer konnte zum Schlafen nicht benutzt werden, auf Grund eines modrigen, feuchten Geruches. Schlechte Internetverbindung!!

W-Lan nur teilweise im Haus verfügbar, Wasserkocher leicht undicht (hat getropft)

Very nice property, amenitites were as expected at this price level. Rooms are large, furniture is new, kitchen is very well equipped. The location is as advertised, the distances are relatively short if using a car. The area is newly built in its majority, with (proabably) more similar properties to come (see picture, for example).

The little things, that would not decrease the overall opinion too much - an AC that was not working in one of the rooms, a TV that was not usable with a remote control (even after trying all the remotes in the house and changing baterries). Property is back-to-back with another "mirrored" one, so it depends on the neighbors if you will have a quiet holiday or not 😀
